Fiesta At Frida’s

Frida’s Coffee Bar is a unique coffee bar with a colourful Mexican theme.  The walls of the coffee bar is adorned with the works of the legendary Mexican artist Frida Kahlo (1907 – 1954).  Kahlo is known for her self portraits, but also for her strong personality.  Just like Frida’s paintings, Frida’s Coffee Bar is vibrant and welcoming with an unmistakable Mexican flair.  Even the exterior of the coffee bar ties in with the Frida Kahlo theme.  It is a beautiful cobalt blue and reminds one of The Blue House in Mexico City which is Frida Kahlo’s family home that was turned into a museum called Museo Frida Kahlo.  The cherry on the cake si that the owner, Hettie Schroeder dresses up every day to fit in with the “Frida’s” theme.  If that doesn’t show passion and commitment I don’t know what does!

Be sure to visit Frida’s Coffee Bar for a Mexican fiesta.  They serve breakfast, lunch and sweet treats for late afternoon tea.  The venue can also be booked for private functions.
