Food & Home Entertaining Magazine’s Reader’s Day was held at the JHB Country Club on 10 November 2012.
Lila Biltel, owner of Lila’s French Cooking, demonstrated a variety of mouthwatering sweet and savoury recipes using Sasko Flour. They were:
- Christophe Felder’s Lemon Cake
- Digestive Biscuits
- Spinach & Smoked Salmon Tart
- Madeleines
- Custard & Mixed Berry Tart
The latter looked almost to good to eat!
At the end of the event there was a lucky draw and the prizes where big and many! Each attendee received a goodie bag filled to the brim with cool foodie items as well as a 3 month subscription to the magazine! I cannot wait for the next one!
