Bakers Bin Northcliff has recently opened it’s doors for business in the Heathway Square Shopping Centre and it is truely a one-stop-shop for all your baking needs – whether you are just an occasional baker or bake professionally. They specialize in baking ingredients, nuts, chocolates, fillings, toppings, cake and cupcake decorations, edible icing prints, edible icing figures, fondants, gum paste, colourants and dusters for colouring and decorating, packaging for cakes and cupcakes, party supplies (such as party boxes, serviettes, paper cups, paper platters, banners and paper straws), a variety of sweets, etc.

If you would like to use edible icing sheets for a birthday or celebration cake, Bakers Bin Northcliff can do prints on A4 or A3 sheets. You can email your own design or photo to them or take it to the store in a memory stick and get it printed on the spot!
An item that I haven’t seen anywhere else is their flavoured icing sugars. It is icing sugar that comes in a variety of flavours and the colour matches the flavour! It comes in the following flavours:
- Strawberry – flavoured and tastes like strawberry and pink in colour
- Bubblegum – flavoured and tastes like bubblegum and blue in colour
- Creamsoda – flavoured and tastes like creamsoda and green in colour
- Grape – flavoured and tastes like grape and purple in colour
- Lemon – flavoured and tastes like Lemon and yellow in colour
- Chocolate – flavoured and tastes like chocolate and brown in colour
You could even buy your cleaning materials from them!
