Gin & Tonic Festival – JHB

It was the interest in local craft gin amongst South African consumers and spirit traders alike, as well as the versatility of gin as a spirit that lead to the idea to build a lifestyle festival around it.  With four successful festivals under their belts, the organisers of the Gin & Tonic Festival continue to provide an unrivaled gin experience.

The Gin & Tonic Festival will take place at The Neighbourgoods Market in Braamfontein in November. This popular market provides the perfect setting for tasting an array of delicious hand-crafted gin cocktails while enjoying the beautiful views over the city from their upper level outdoor terrace.  As in the past, patrons will also be spoilt for choice with a selection of gourmet food options by the Market’s regular food vendors and of course live entertainment by talented local artists.

Some of the local gin brands festival attendees will be able to experience at the festival are:

  • Cape Town Gin
  • De Vrey Distillery
  • Distillery 031
  • Flowstone African Bush Botanicals Gin
  • Geometric Drink Company
  • Inverroche Distillery
  • Pienaar & Son Distilling Company
  • Qualito Craft Distillery
  • Red Stone Craft Gin
  • Step 5 Dry Gin
  • The General’s Gin
  • Time Achor Distillery
  • Trouvaille Spirits

… and many more!
