Carolié de Koster is a dietician, food consultant, cookery teacher and author of 10 cookery books of which Art of Cooking is the prima donna. She operates under the name Carolié’s Culinaire (previously Foodlink) which incorporates all activities linked to food. Carolié and her husband Adri moved to New Zealand in September 2011 to re-unite with their children and grand children. Carolié operates a small cookery school and guest house from her home in New Zealand.
